Our flavourful experience unfolds at one of Kimolos’ most treasured seaside tavernas in peaceful Prasonisi. You’ll enjoy a tailor-made menu of Cycladic temptations right next to the hypnotic blue sea. What does Cycladic food mean to you? Would you like to know more about the hero dishes of different Cycladic islands? What ingredients do they share in common?
These and other tasty tips will be served up by your destination angel for the day, one of the owners of this charming taverna (who will discreetly disappear to allow you to savour your Cycladic feast in private). Enjoy dining the “Greek way”; by sharing many different flavours on small plates, “tapas” style. Your menu will showcase the originality of Kimolos’ cuisine and harmonise all those essential ingredients and aromas that define the Cycladic spirit.

Notes
The menu includes: Traditional specialities from various Cycladic islands
5 starters to share:
• Cycladic salad (tomatoes with onion, caper, and Kimolos xinomizithra- local cheese, marinated in olive oil and balsamic)
• Schinoussa fava- split peas served with onion capers and sun-dried tomatoes
• Cycladic cheese bagel, stuffed with local cheeses from Syros, Milos and Kimolos
• Sifnos chickpea in the local traditional pot
• Naxos frying pan (pork simmered in its liquids with wild thyme, red wine, pepper and gruyere)
Option of two main dishes:
• Amorgos potato (goat meat with potatoes) or
• Roasted rooster with handmade pasta
Traditional Greek dessert

Know before you go
- If you are visiting Cycladic islands in the summertime, please note that it can get quite hot, especially between the end of June and the end of August. It is also common to have meltemi, strong north winds during the daytime
- It is important to know in advance if the guests have any food allergies/dietary requirements
- Guests must be without heart, lungs or breathing health problems
