1) Are all experiences private?
Yes, all experiences are private, designed ideally for 2-8 participants, members of the same family or friends. In case of a small ad-hoc group, where all members agree to participate in the same experience, this is feasible. Please fill in the names of all participants in the booking form.
2) How can I express a special request- ask for a tailor-made experience?
We are more than happy to assist you in designing a tailor-made experience, based on your interests, it is just one email to info@hospitalitystories.com away
3) Can you organize a private or a corporate event for us?
We are more than happy to assist you in organizing such an event! You can either complete the Bespoke journey form or just sent an email to info@hospitalitystories.com
4) Do you offer other services like accommodation, transfers? How can I address such a request?
If you are planning to book an experience, you can add your request in the booking form. If not, you can either complete the Bespoke journey form or just sent us email to info@hospitalitystories.com
5) What do I need to know before my experiential tour?
You just have to select the experiential tour of your choice and all relative information are automatically available. If you still have questions, don’t hesitate contacting us at info@hospitalitystories.com
6) How can I cancel/rebook?

7) How can I pay for my experiential tour?
Online, using your credit card
8) How/when do I get the voucher for my experiential tour?
As soon as you proceed with full payment, you will automatically (via email) receive your voucher, that includes all relevant, detailed information
9) Is there an emergency phone available?
Your voucher includes the name and mobile phone number of our local representative
10) Are transfers from my hotel / villa / sailing boat included?
This depends on the experience; you will find all relative information in each experiential tour description
11) How can I get updates about the Covid 19 situation in Greece?
