Be it a saganaki or a local sausage with thyme to pair with their ouzo (a Greek aperitif gaining a lot of popularity worldwide) or a full 4-course menu served to you on one of the most beautiful verandas in the Aegean. Onion pie, fava the Greek houmous, grilled calamari, Mykonian mostra, Greek hand-made soulvaki are many among the Greek delights you will enjoy!

Should the weather be rainy or chilly, this villa can accommodate 25 persons in its indoors living room and dining room area
Notes
 Your meal will include:
• Mezes served with ouzo on the rocks: saganaki, local sausage, olives with lemon and thyme, myconian louza (the local prosciutto)
• An onion pie (CC = means this dish will be part of the cooking class, hands on or off for those who would like to learn how to make it)
• The real Greek salad (the tricks of the pros revealed!) CC
• Myconian mostra: home baked rusks with the pungent local cheese Kopanisti, capers and fresh tomatoes
• Make your own souvlaki with chicken skewers, crispy pitta, delicious fillings and our famous tzatziki CC
• Fava, the Greek hummus in two variations CC
• Grilled calamari on a bed of feta pesto CC
• Yoghurt with local spoon sweet.
• Baklava, make it yourself! CC
• One glass of Santorini Assyrtiko wine and a glass of rose plus a shot of Mastiha to close off your meal
• The mastiha shot will be accompanied by Myconian traditional dessert “Amigdalota” – macaroons

  • If you are visiting Cycladic islands in the summertime, please note that it can get quite hot, especially between the end of June and the end of August. It is also common to have meltemi, strong north winds during the daytime
  • It is important to know in advance if the guests have any food allergies/dietary requirements
